TRAMPOLENE

How was supporting Kasabian in June 2018?

It feels like a long time ago now...but the memories live on and I must say Serge is a top man...he gave many words of wisdom and a bottle of rum,. Which unfortunately I drunk most of that night and had an early Eurostar the next morning…suffice to say I made it but did lose my wallet whilst I was sparky on the train.

What makes music so important to you?

I mean I could write an essay about this probably...but I’ll narrow it to...what makes breathing so important to you?

How has Swansea music scene supported you?

The people there are so passionate about a band from our way making waves in the world...they’re behind us...in fact all of Wales is behind us...and that feels amazing...

How does music make you feel and has it ever been a therapy?

Yes I suppose it has...it’s saved me and destroyed me all at the same time - like any good therapist

What’s your musical highlight of 2018?

I can’t remember - writing our next single - playing with LG at Finsbury Park or the Libertines in Broadstairs - recording Peters album in France…putting out a double album ‘Pick A Pocket Or Two’ - Headlining the Scala in London…..

What was playing ‘This Feeling’ 18' like ?

Mikey has always been really good to us...and we love playing music...so it’s been a happy love…The other bands The Surrenders and Lacuna Bloome were musically great and also lovely people. It was a full on tour, amazing crowds and apart from the fact I got pleurisy it was the best times ever.
