What was it like filming and releasing the music video for 'The Chosen one'?
Filming the chosen one was a new experience for us all, having never filmed a music video before. We couldn’t have done it without the mastermind behind it all, Charlie Rixon, whose direction and creative input made it a simple and fun process with a finished product we’re really happy with.
Name 3 local bands you appreciate with a favourite song of theirs?
Riviera. They’ve only been around a year, but this band have already released two great songs. We really like Conveyor Belt. Deep City. We love their vibey tunes and cool stage presence. Sam and Josh first saw them live at a Junction Fiver in 2016 and they feel that Deep City have only got better and better since. Our favourite song is Wht Hppnd. Goldblume. We love the song Razor.
What’s been the best gig you’ve played so far and why?
That would have to be our album launch at Fairycroft House in Saffron Walden. We were so excited for the album, all our friends came out to watch and what better venue to play at than a building where bands such as Motorhead and UFO have previously rehearsed.

What makes music so important you?
We love the community that music creates and the friends we have made because of it. We love the jamming songs together, and the rush of playing them live. We love how music allows us to express ourselves and connect with people.

How does music make you feel/has it ever been your therapy?
Music makes us feel lots of different things, but mostly it makes us feel pretty good. When it comes to our songs, they have always meant a great deal to us. We are motivated to write them because we need to express how we are feeling.
