ME AND THE MOON
How does music make you feel / has it ever been a therapy?
JE - I’ve never personally not been involved in music, all of my family are musicians and I guess it’s always been something to escape to.
TG - When you’re going through a tough time, there’s nothing really better than a song that really means something to you to make you feel better. This is what makes it important to us too.
What's your best musical experience s a band?
TG - Honestly, every time we play live we enjoy it more than the last.
JE - It’s really so mad that we’re starting to have people that we don’t know coming down singing along to our songs and selling out shows in places that we’re still new to!

What festival are you most looking forward to performing at?
TG - Festival season is so great because every time you turn up it’s almost always not what you expect it’s going to be. A couple of years ago we had our first ever show as Me and The Moon at Victorious and we were the first band playing on the smallest stage at the festival, this year we’re back and headlining one of the biggest so it’s a really cool thing, so i think i’m most excited for that.
JE - We’re also going to be down at Winchestival which has a really cool lineup, it’s only 1 day but we’ll be playing with Fickle Friends, The Big Moon, Laurel and a load more bands that we really love! It should be a really fun weekend.
How did you get discovered?
TG - Haha I’m not sure we’re quite there yet. We’ve been fortunate to have a few people that believe in us join us and help us in the right direction!
JE - Literally we’ve just met everyone who’s helping us through playing gigs!
