THE CATCH
What is it like being young in the music industry?

We really enjoy it, although it’s tough as young people in general just aren’t too interested in coming to more rock music based gigs. There’s a lot still to learn but we’re on the right track.
What makes music so important to you?
Music is something we’ve all been passionate about from a young age and enjoy making our own songs and performing live.

Where do you get the inspiration for your songs?
We’re all inspired by various genres and artists within music. Each song we write together is what we are feeling at the time, we try out ideas until we’re happy with what we’ve played. This is why the songs we write have a range in styles and possible inspirations. A few bands bands we’ve been inspired by are; Catfish and the Bottlemen, and Don Broco.
How does music make you feel/has it ever been a therapy for you guys?
We don’t find music to be a therapy, however it can be rewarding and enjoyable. Playing gigs and writing original songs is what drives us in life
